Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)**

1. What is the shelf life of your gourmet pralines?

Our gourmet pralines are crafted with the utmost care and attention to quality. They typically have a shelf life of approximately 2 to 4 weeks when stored at room temperature in an airtight container. To extend the shelf life of pralines, you can store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Additionally, placing them in the refrigerator can further prolong their freshness, typically up to 2 to 3 months. If you want to keep pralines for an even longer period, consider freezing them in an airtight container or freezer
bag, where they can stay good for several months.

2. Can you provide information about the ingredients used
in your products?

Absolutely! We take pride in using only the finest, high-quality ingredients in our gourmet fudge and pralines. You can find detailed ingredient lists and allergen
information on each product's page on our website. If you have specific dietary
concerns or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer
support team.

3. How does your shipping process work?

We offer a reliable and efficient shipping process to ensure your order arrives in good condition. Some pieces may be separate in the handling but should not be crumbs (which are still quite enjoyable) Once your order is placed and processed, it typically takes 2-3 business days for us to prepare and quality-check your treats. After that, we hand it over to our trusted shipping partners, and you can expect delivery within our Four-Day Shipping Policy timeframe (subject
to location and shipping method).

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your order's progress.

4. What should I do if my package is lost during shipping?

While we take great care in packaging and shipping your order, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you encounter such an issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to initiate a search or claim.

For any assistance or information
regarding your order, please contact our customer support team, and we'll do our best to assist you.

 5. Why do you have a no-refund or return policy?

Our no-refund or return policy is in place due to the unique nature of our products. Each item is handmade and made to order, and we cannot resell returned products for quality and safety reasons. However, if your order arrives extremely damaged (hardly no solid pralines) or melted, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with clear photographs of the damage, and we will work with you to address the issue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the highest quality standards.

6. What are the white spots in your pralines?

The white spots that can sometimes appear on pralines are
known as "sugar bloom" or "fat bloom." These spots are not
harmful and do not indicate that the pralines are spoiled or unsafe to eat.
Here's what causes these spots and how to distinguish between them:

Sugar
Bloom:
Sugar bloom occurs when moisture from the pralines' surface dissolves the sugar and then recrystallizes, forming a white, powdery layer. It often happens when pralines are exposed to humidity or temperature fluctuations. Sugar bloom can affect the appearance of the pralines but usually doesn't impact their taste or safety. To minimize sugar bloom, store pralines in a cool, dry place and keep them well-sealed.

Fat
Bloom:
Fat bloom occurs when the fat or cocoa butter within the pralines migrates to the surface and then solidifies, creating a whitish
layer. It can result from temperature fluctuations, such as when pralines
are exposed to warm and then cool environments. Like sugar bloom, fat
bloom is also harmless and primarily affects the appearance of the pralines. It doesn't indicate spoilage or affect the taste.
